Ash is lucky, but you don't become as famous as she is because of "luck ... granted many here don't like her acting - but there is a section of people that do. I know Kareena keeps on screaming about her inspiring people by her work, but its actually Aish and her work after and zeal towards being a part of some phenomenal traditions across the world, which has inspired millions of Indians. Aish started the L'Oreal tradition, she acted as lead in certain HW ventures and can be always seen attending global events with her daughter. I find her an icon of Inidan woman. I am sure many others do too.

Everyone here is talking as if sab bacchan's ke padosi ho aur roz saas-bahu, bhabhi-nanad lo ladte dekhte ho...

I don't get gauri bashing she supported srk in his bad times n stood up for him. He owes half of his success to her. She can mooch off anything from him as she has played equal part in his success

Errrmmm.. Where is the rule which says a woman cannot start working after a certain age? Also Shweta is actually few months younger to Aishwarya so if Aishwarya can work despite having a young kid why cannot Shweta work when both her kids are grown up and are busy with their own lives? She has spoken at large about having emptynest syndrome after her kids went abroad for studies. So atleast she is not slipping into depression and is trying to make an effort to cheer gerself up...That said I do not condone the attitude she shows to Aishwarya in public they may have issues in private..or may be not but cleaning their dirty laundry in public is just tacky. Aishwarya atleast makes an effort to be as cordial as possible.

I am not saying Aish is a Abla Naari.

It's so sad that even a goddess with world famous stature has to deal with sis-in-law and mother-in-law problems.
