Akshay looks like the Grinch who stole Christmas. They could have gone to so many places with that and instead settled for this.

He's the only one who looks good in the trailer. Chitti and everyone else is meh.

People losing their mobiles. Wow. What a disaster. Meh story seems like.

Awful trailer. Looks so juvenile and vfx are so outdated. Age is showing up badly on Rajnikanth's face that he should stop these macho hero roles.

Akshay's look is so trashy.

Wow, this looks really bad. Lots of negative comments on YouTube too, so it's not just IF thrashing the teaser. 😆 The response is overall negative. Shankar made this Vfx nonsense? Even Krrish 3 which looked like a cartoon film had better vfx. Maybe it'll look better in 3D but still. It again proves that too high expectations always result in disappointment. Rajinikanth looks old and haggard, despite all that makeup. Akki looks stupid with that look. Another Bombay Velvet in making I guess.

Wasn't it $75 million that was being reported for the VFX?
I know it's only a teaser but shouldn't teasers/trailers show some of the best bits shots of the movie? If this is it then barring 1 or 2 things the rest is worrisome.

Ra.One and Krrish 3 honestly looked better, and they came out years ago and were made on a much lower budget.

I mean that running shot of that Robot character looked so comical, unless it's meant to be funny...
First impression not good I hope they have something up their sleeve because this is some huge budget they're gonna have to recover, this needs Dangal/Baahubali kind of collections.
