Imho I don't think it's a huge diff. It seems he only got the bump on his nose shaved down, no diff in the rest of the shape. Some people get it done for medical reasons. I had a friend who was always having sinus issues, problem breathing and runny nose. The doc suggested a nose surgery, they shaved down the bump, not only her nose looked better she said she can breathe better.

The main side is the bump on the nose, it's subtle but makes a world of difference

Not sure what happened here...but many people lose and gain weight and nose become more or less prominent...yahaan IF pe...Photo thoda alag dikha toh...surgery surgery 😆😆

Weight changes don't make a bump come and go or your nose get longer and shorter. Most surgeons try to hide the scar by putting it closer where the nose meets the skin above the upper lip if they must have a visible scar. Many minor rhinoplasties can be done with incisions just inside the nostrils which is very hard to see when healed. You can sometimes see PCs scar(s) in photos but not usually.

As for why some stars get a pass and some don't, I think the ones who don't are generally guilty of one of two things. Either they deny obvious surgery or they do way too much surgery. Otherwise people don't tend to talk about it much.

Fawad Khan is not naturally good looking. He did surgeries to polish his looks.

Old news. Ones with the eyes to see have always known. Those that dont tend to not accept it either way.

He looked good before too IMO. Always seemed like he took a pic of Imran Abbas to his surgeon.

Ranbir himself admitted getting one during saawariya days saying he had sinus and it was for medical reasons. same with shruti hasan.

Almost everyone has got it done..Aamir got botox and face lift,hair weaving so did salman and SRK. Priyanka,jhanvi,kat we know off.

Who knows even Alia's nose looks different from her younger days.

Only Sonam and Deepika have a perfect face. Kareena was beautiful too,,could have still been good without it.

But if it helps them with their career's so its fine..everyone wants to look good. getting obsessed with it is a problem though. Getting nose corrected once like ranbir,fawad is fine. Even AK,srk..they need it cos they are ageing.
