I dont see any difference in the first and second pics of his nose? And are rhinoplasty scars so obvious? How come we cannot notice it in Priyanka?

Fawad has a big surgical scar in his nose due to cosmetic rhinoplasty. Surgical scar of Rhinoplasty is so obvious because the incision is much deeper.

I like his current, straight nose. Btw, I didn't know nose surgeries leave scars. Why can't they get rid of the scars later on?
