John Abraham..the dark horse..finally arrived!!

John has been a successful A list actor but no one really took him seriously as a bankable lead actor..he was brutally written off many times and was termed suitable only to play 2nd lead like in race 2..particularly in 2013 when his solos jhoota hi sahi etc tanked without a trace

He has been mainly written off because he's handsome. He has always been underrated hot. I loved him the most in Dhoom cos I watched that movie a lot as a kid, he was so cool.

Really happy for I personally love his filmography has some gems like No Smoking, Water, Taxi No 9211, Madras Cafe.
Plus I personally loved Jhoota Hi Saahi, watched it countless times. 😆

Nooo he was so cute 😭 😆 But Dhoom was mainly great because of how suave he is as the con guy.

Dhoom is a classic.
As L said some times back, Dhoom 2&3 maybe bigger hits but neither captured the imagination of the country like Dhoom.
Bikes got a new level coolness due to Dhoom.

He is a terrible actor and has zero appeal on screen IMO. Can't celebrate him just because he is an outsider. He is a good producer though and Vicky Donor is the best work in his filmography 😆

I think it really just shows how a star also needs the full packaging to deliver. Dilbar contributed a lot to this film.

Yeah I loved Dhoom 1 the most also, and was really bitter towards Dhoom 2 cos it was celebrated more 😆 but what do I know I was only about 6 years old when Dhoom came out. The way John dies with all the money in the end was so badass. 😎 Taxi number 9211 was great also! Really unique.
