There are important issues to discuss and ponder.

Like is it the end of #Kaylor? Karlie Kloss will be a Trump relative. Ivanka called her sister.

And my poor TayTay. If she attends the wedding or congratulates it. She will be labeled Trump supporter. If she doesn't attend the wedding or acknowledges it. She will be labeled a bad friend.

Most importantly, was performing "Curious" last night a direct response to the engagement news. Granted Hayley Kiyoko was the special guest and Hayley did perform with Panic at the Disco! Wednesday night. But doesn't the choice of artist and song seem super coincidental?

Also, I am down for Hay & Tay! Hay & Tay would be a great pop duo or power couple.

Doesn't Karlie come from a super conservative Christian household? Doubt she will ever come out of closet if she is gay. Side business with Tay will go on even after her marriage.

No, it wasn't her engagement... but it was still awkward!

What do you do when you and your newly engaged former best friend are on the outs?

A year or two ago, everyone assumed that this singer was going to be the maid of honor at future bride's wedding. Now... no.

While the future bride's other famous friends have popped up on various forms of social media to celebrate with future bride, the former BFF has been quiet. It's not just on social media, either. She hasn't called or been called to discuss the news.

However, these two are not about to get catty with each other in public! In fact, their publicists are hard at work smoothing over the rough edges.

[Singer] is actually talking to her P.R. team as to how to handle it. Even if she and [Future Bride] aren't talking, the publicists will talk and work something out so that nobody gets embarrassed. Neither of these women are stupid. They know the social and economic power of at least maintaining the illusion of friendship. They are both good at faking a a lot of things, so this will just be one more.

So no public cat fight?

Not a chance. For being young celebrities, they are both very P.R. savvy. They are not going to make bitchy comments about each other or block each other on social media. They will both play nice and smile for the camera when the time is right.

I think both come from conservative backgrounds. Ten years ago when Taylor was a wild-haired little blondie singing lovesick country songs - no one would have expected her to be an international pop star.

Kudos to her for being a fantastic business woman. They need to add Taylor Swift to MBA textbooks along with Toyota, Wal-Mart, Southwest Airlines, Amazon and all.

If you're the normal person. Kaylor as #squadgoals. Once upon a time, they were inseparable as friends. As the blind by Marscapone said - people were sure that they would be each other's maid of honors. Now Karlie is engaged and not a peep from Taylor.

Many feel that the whole friendship was a publicity stunt. Potentially. If it was limited to parties and VSFS I would be convinced. But all the vacations together seems a lot of effort for a fake friendship (but who knows celebrities). Seems like they have had a falling out.
