He's a spiritual teacher, final goal being mukti, teaching correct yoga not just stretching in the name of yoga. I've been following him for few years and he's the real deal imo

talking about Yoga, is Ramdev Baba authentic or he just happens to be the most popular one.
I know crap about Yoga, so is Ramdev genuine with his techniques or he is kinda overhyped??

Genuine with yoga, pranayama, and such techniques. Truly responsible for the renaissance of yoga and pranayama in India and the world.

But not so genuine with Patanjali products. 😆 After all, he's a businessman. The products are still better than the ones Dabur offers though.

He is overhyped not even being close to enlightened.

I'd start with inner engineering program of Sadhguru. His programs are very cheap in India

I tried watching Ranveer and Sadhguru's video...oh boy, Ranveer definitely needs to learn some manners first of all...He is going on referring to Sadhguru as 'yaar' like he was his long lost langota yaar...He isn't even allowing him to complete his sentences and repeatedly intruding with his sillyness...Now I am not asking him to revere Sadhguru or fall on his feet etc but just wished he followed some etiquette that is expected of someone on a platform like this...I haven't watched much of Ranveer offscreen so I wouldn't know if this is how his usual behavior is but I think I will just keep myself to watching him onscreen only for now!

Hey, no matter what people say - he's the one responsible for bringing yoga and pranayama to everyone's house.

This isn't a competition between Ramdev Baba and Sadhguru.

Not a competition but what they're doing are 2 different things and doing it on tv teaching some asanas collectively is easier than doing it one on one, transmitting spiritual energy, initiating people. Btw he has been doing it for 35 years but only recently he came out in public as he felt it to be necessary now he has an asharam in USA too + worldwide retreats are given.

There objective are vastly different and it's not hard to guess who's where spiritually speaking.

to me and in yoga too the aim is always mukti which Sadhguru focuses on otherwise even shilpa shetty is teaching yoga these days 😆 can't take them seriously
