Not sure how parthvi and madhu fall in love? They were shown liking each other from the first scene itself. A bit of background of their romance would have done wonders.
Ashutosh Rana is a hugely talented actor, but his role as a villain was for namesake. He hardly instilled any fear and didn't make much impact. There was no detailing of his win and loss, action or reaction to the elopement or love of his Daughter.
There was absolutely no struggle shown once the couple eloped. It all looked so smooth for the junior college students to elope, get job, buy house etc. Why would parthvi or madhu contact their parents when all went great for them.
For me, the movie failed to do much coz of lack of details due to which I couldn't connect to the movie. And yes, haven't watched Sairat so there were no expectations beforehand.
Loved Jhanvi in this movie. She is going to have a great future in Bollywood as she has the right skills for it.
