It has always been like that from the front angle. It is because of the loss of fat from her face due to ageing that her nose looks even more prominent.

I don't think DP has been under the knife for her face at least. I do think she has undergone skin lightening.

Deepika's face used to be fuller when she was younger...now the face has become thin so the nose looks big...thats all.

Lolz what yah right when u lose weight ur nose do not change. When Kareena lose weight n got size zero her nose was same. Heights hai to defend MJ nose u will say she lose weight. Kaha se lose weight she been dandi all her life this Deepika

Why would she get any surgery to her face, she has the most perfect features. She lost too much weight, she looks good with little bit more fuller face.

Her face has become thinner due to weightloss n age also she sometimes contours it way too much (bad idea) coz in some pics it looks weird in others she looks just fine. If it was surgery the results should look permanent which is not the case with her. Her skin color during BM was ghostly pale so I do think she did some whitening treatments done but other than that don't think she tried altering her features. She should go back to her Ramleela weight. That really suited her.

Bingo... other then weightloss and whitening, there is no difference in her face... Ramleela weight was perfect for her...
