Because he is a specialist of the genre so whenever a filma maker has such character at hand they inevitably go to RK. It's something akin to Manoj kumar playing deshbhakt always n Amitabh in his heydays playing angry young man in each of his movies.

I guess he did try to go for something different in BV and Roy.. but then they didn't work out so...Plus he has kind of made it his genre as mentioned in the previous post so directors might feel that he'll be perfect for such roles.
