career. Known for some powerful
performances, the latest being Junglee
Pictures and Dharma Production's Raazi.
Alia started her journey with Student Of The
Year in 2012 and in last six years we have
all witnessed that she's the best bet we
have in Bollywood today. In her interviews
in the past, Alia has often spoken about that
it has not been an easy journey for her. She
has worked extremely hard to be where
she is today. But seeing Bollywood, it has
never been that easy for every aspiring
actor. The trend of casting couch in
Bollywood has existed for years and it's no
hidden secret that many newcomers face
their share of the same.
Breaking her silence on the same, Alia Bhatt
says that she realises that many people in
the industry use the newcomers to their
benefit. She said, "I know and do
understand that at times, many boys and
girls have to go through bad situations in
order to be able to fetch some work.
Everyone has to face their own battle of
struggle in order to be able to get work in
this industry. And during their struggle
some people could use the strugglers for
their benefit.
Fact that she's aware of it, Alia even has an
advice for those who experience such
situations. She added, "They should always
believe in themselves. However, if at all they
are confronted with this bad moment
(casting couch) they need to immediately
inform their parents. And thereafter go to
the police.
On the work front, the actress is busy
shooting for her next Kalank. Other than
this, Alia will also be seen in Gully Boy
opposite Ranveer Singh and Brahmastra
opposite Ranbir Kapoor.
