He's lazy. He couldn't handle back to back flops when Ranbir was at the peak of his career with 100cr movies.

Add to that the fact that he was then dropped from Milan Talkies, Bhavesh Joshi and Kapoor and Sons because he fell out with Ekta and Karan.

Katti Batti was supposed to help him come back but the movie was shitty.

I always believed he paid the price for offending Salman.

Lolz, during Imraan's debut, I used to like him more than RK, because Ranbir's acting was very raw and inconsistent in his initial years. While Imraan gave a great performance in JTYJN. But then RK grew as an actor, while I realized that Imraan can only play lover boy type of roles, though he was really good at it. He still could've survived like Shahid, but he also lacked charisma and had a wooden personality. Oh well, it's good that he disappeared. No point struggling in Bollywood, when it will lead you nowhere, and you'll be tagged as a Flop Star kid for whole life.

Probably also due to failures, not necessarily the Box office flops..but more failure with the producers.

After big flops n no kjo ppl dint offer him films. Hence proved, good looks can take you so far. He had limited expressions + could not dance. He was best in romantic roles.

Well he was a pretty bad actor with zero screen presence, terrible work ethic and passion. No wonder he faded away like that.
