In April 2006 he was convicted for 5 years but still managed to get bail

He can still get bail later through sessions court if it's 5 years. But for the moment he has to go to jail.

If it's under 3 years he can directly go home.

He will get bail and if he really has to go people will cry and make a fuss. What happened to him running over people? He didn't get convicted for that, so I doubt this will happen. 😡
