Maybe cardiac arrest happened and she was in tub and post her passing away, she drowned. No big news here.

consuming alcohol n falling into tub drowning
thereon not adding up well..who saw her first?
where was her husband or any other family members?
they were attending a wedding so she certainly won't drink
so much as to pass out completely ..any time family n friends could
knock her so don't think she would have consumed so much alcohol.
what time was it?
if night or early morning then does husband wife not share same room?
why was she alone at all?
cardiac arrest still made sense..drowning in tub really looks
hard to digest..its nt just accident ..a freak accident indeed..

Hippo..the death certificate has to list cardiac arrest in reason of death.

nope ..report says death due to accidental drowning..
nowhere it says cardiac arrest followed by accidental
drowning..or vice versa..no mention of anything related
to cardiac arrest or heart attack mentioned..
only thing mentioned high alcohol level ..
whether any other toxic substance such as drugs were
found or not is not yet established..so police might
be checking in more blood samples..

There are infinite sequence of events that led her consume alcohol and not coming out for 2 days. We will never know the earlier events. It's unfortunate and very mysterious. Its not unfair to speculate. There's infinite possibilities.
