That same certificate is being shown on CNN news 18.

But zakka Jacobs anchor is saying Dubai police is trying to ascertain where cardiac arrest explanation originated from and they are questioning Boney and other members of family for more details.

@Sri - That was at 1:30 pm before the Forensic report was given out to media.. They didn't know the drowning reason before.. was giving update based on the initial speculations ...

Hmmm .. even I'd read reports of her being intoxicated during the daytime when some industry folks went to Boney Kapoor's house to pay their condolences on the death of Surinder Kapoor, Boney's father. This was a few years ago.

But knowing how health conscious and vanity maintaining Sridevi was, I never really believed her alcoholic connection.

Even now, we don't know if she was an alcoholic or just an occasional drinker. Maybe it was just one of those days that she drank some wine or something and could not maintain her balance.

But one weird thing is that the reports say that she drowned and was found in the bathtub whereas as per Boney's statement, he found her on the bathroom floor. Hmmm .. this does not adds up. But whatever, I hope there was no foul play involved in her death.

This is the most bizzare reason of death I've heard as yet :O
Oh God! As someone who consumes alcohol and so do my near and dear ones, this scares the shit outta me.
I feel so bad for her family. This could have been avoided but we don't write our fate. Jo likha hain wahi milna hain :(

Usually here we get d bodies within 36 hrs of death n that too for labours during accidental death n all n here its a high profile case,so if police is holding d body means they smell something foul!

If she drowns in bath tub then she should be found in bath tub not on floor.

Poor Boney. He.loved her like anything but now Dubai police has made him Person of Interest and some other relatives..how traumatizing for him and daughters.

Anyway, this sends chills down my spine.

Sri suffering botched cosmetic procedure where everyone was ridiculing, then she dies mysteriously in a horrible manner and her own husband is being questioned and alcohol is found in her blood suggesting drinking to a intoxication level. Tis right before daughters debut just like Boneys first wife died before her son's debut.!!

It's a nightmare scenario.

Jhanvi and khushi hav not even seen her body yet, they must be in agony that they r not with her and hav to wait for her body to come back to mumbai, they were so close to thier mother, my heart goes out to them, they must feel so lost without her :(

If she accidentally fell into a bathtub full of water, the crash would have made noise which would be heard by Boney, if he was actually in the hotel room with Sridevi 😕 Or the Mid-day report was true and it was indeed the hotel employees who entered the room and found Sridevi lying in the tub.
