This is so SHOCKING that it's beyond words. We were just discussing her yesterday. She wasn't even ill and seemed like living life to the fullest with her daughter's. This is so sudden. Whatever was ever said or done, NOBODY can take away the fact that she was a complete package of talent. She ruled Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam films like no other. She was a SUPERSTAR across the Pan India film industries she was apart of. Nobody can match her calibre on celluloid till date.SHOCKED.

I think his sentiments reflect a lot of the shock and the thoughts of many especially those who grew up on her movies like my generation or were her contemporaries like my parents. Two generations in multiple industries know her movies. Few in the world have that sort of legacy.

Have witnessed Sridevi's life from an adolescent teenager to the magnificeint lady she became. Her stardom was well deserved. Many happy moments with her flash through my mind including the last time I met her. Sadma's lullaby haunts me now. We'll miss her
