I feel like I know the reason for her passing...cardiac arrest can happen because of plastic surgery as well...I know its not the right time to say this but thats the only logical explanation at this point.

I am still heartbroken, she was my first crush and a memory of my childhood. She still had so much to give...

Yes, life is very unpredictable... My aunt who was healthy and closer to her age died quite unexpectedly last week

I'm sorry to hear about you aunt may she rest in peace and a big hug to you. And you're right such things really shake you up and remind you to be grateful for what you have and appreciate life and relationships and not take things for granted coz you never know how long it lasts this is such a scary and disturbing thought.
