I thought so too. Maybe a plastic surgery gone wrong(many stars go to Dubai for PS) or drug/pill overdose due to depression. 55yo is so young to think it was a natural death.

Aw thanks for asking, im still in shock...I feel like a part of my childhood is gone...somewhere a part of me is saying that this is some kind of crude joke...She was truly something special. I keep thinking about her poor children...shes never going to see Jhanvi's first movie...or Khushi's if she becomes an actress...shes not going to see their wedding...her grandchildren... I cant imagine what theyre going through, theyre are so young!!!

Really praying for Sridevi's family and also her fans...its a big loss for us all

Bollywood actor Sridevi passed away on Saturday night after a cardiac arrest, confirmed her brother-in-law Sanjay Kapoor. She was 54. "Yes, it is true that Sridevi passed away. I just landed here, I was in Dubai and now I am flying back to Dubai. It happened roughly around 11.00-11.30. I don't know more details yet, Sanjay confirmed the news to indianexpress.com. Sridevi was reportedly with her husband Boney Kapoor and daughter Khushi at the time of death. They were with the entire Kapoor family in UAE to attend the wedding ceremony of Mohit Marwah.

Such shocking news only goes to show how unpredictable and way too short life is, and also makes me wonder is it worth all the heartache in holding grudges with people especially those that once you considered to be your nearest and dearest.

I am just in total shock and this news is just not sinking in at all.

Have loved watching all her movies so, so much.Her legacy will carry on for years to come.For me there will be no other actress that can reign as numero uno with such panache the way Sridevi did back in the days.

She ruled the roost like a true queen!

I am still in disbelief...a few days back was watching Mr India...her Chaplin act,antakshari,Hawa Hawai...such a brilliant performance...she will b missed...

Sridevi mam is one of my fav bollywood actress. she will always be known as Bollywood's most popular & celebrated mainstream actress of all times. this is such a huge loss for everyone who watches bollywood movies. I don't want to imagine what her 2 daughters must be going through.

One sincere request, lets not speculate on the reason for her death and indulge in rumour mongering at this time.

RIP Sridevi. It feels surreal, because she was far too young to go. Just makes it sink in how fragile life is and what a leveller death can be. May God give strength to her young daughters and her family to accept this tragedy.
