she was okay. i liked her in pardes... but that movie was pretty racist... Indians being racist towards their own and whites.

Yeah, Mahima is underrated. She was a decent actress but not great. I only liked her in Pardes, Daag: The Fire & Yeh Tera Ghar Mera Ghar. She had a small role in Lajja but a good performance.

She looked very pretty in Daag: The Fire but mainly in this song. I love her pink outfit which suits her.

She was. Lajja in particular she didn't have a big role but that one scene at her mandap made a big impact.

Honestly i don't get the Mahima hype on the forum.. its just she wasn't that good to make it big! She dint had it in her.. too bland.

If anyone who was underrated or dint get the fame they deserved was URMILA! That woman was of the superstar's like Sridevi or Madhuri's league.. but luck dint favor her. She was a 'complete package'.
