i am her fan and her comic role in k3g is my least fav character and movie of hers

she was good in portions and bad in some as well

Well, yea... All of her filmfare wins were by and large for underwhelming performances.

But I find her acting better than like 90% of today's actresses.

And she had way more screen presence than what the current actresses have..

kajol was hilarious in this movie

the only reason i can watch it multiple multiple times is kajol

her vase wala scene was HILARIOUS..people always praise juhi sridevi for comic timing but imo kajol tops them..juhi esp (who is really overrated in that department grossly imo)

i feel she is rated just well

as far as awards go..i cannot say coz i cannot recall many performances from that year..tabu for chandani..heard great things about that performance but haven't watched the movie to say anything

but for me..kajol was awesome in both the comic and emotional scenes..

when she discovers about rohan..and rahul calls her..and how she says..abi aayi..abi aayi..and the weird mix of happiness and excitement in her eyes and voice..man only an actress of her calibre can pull off such sensitive nuances so well

you wana know who is overrated AF in that movie..Kareena and Pooh..i don't know how that performance was even nominated in best supporting..she was cringeworthy and so OTT esp in emotional scenes..

so an old lady she barely even knows in the movie dies and she cries this much? i would judge karan's and hers directorial and acting skills to okay that shot..it is not funny to later joke on it that she asked after the shot who died..it is a poor work on the direction and acting front instead..

I watch K3G for only 2 things.

1. Kajol and her hilarious antics. Bade majaki ho. Bade majaki ho.

2. SRK running with his bag. I love the way SRK runs with bag. Exactly same he did in KKHH on bridge. 😆

Cringe was Pooh (Kareena) in K3G. Can't stand her and HR acting in 1 frame. 🤢

Apart from K3G.. I have enjoyed watching Kajol in almost all her movies. Never a dull moment. So no, not overrated for me.

I watched and loved the classic SRK-Kajol films as a kid, but as an adult I find all of them absolutely cringe-worthy, for many reasons. Yes Kajol is overrated but she is still better than a lot of her contemporaries. In the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king.

I feel she is overrated like hell. She is on the same level of overratedness of some of today actresses as well like Deepika and Anushka. She is equally annoying offscreen.
