They slapped POCSO on a man and arrested him just on the word of a woman, even when the charges are not proved. What penalty will Zaira Wasim pay if her charges are found to be false?

why do you insist on her being 16? She is 17 and 1.5 months old, in 10.5 months she will be 18

even if he molested her that still wouldn't make him a pedophile but as I said she is underage so yeah lets call him that.

someone said the lights were dim but from behind he couldn't touch her neck, shoulders or back. The way seats are specially in business class its not possible.

It happened to me too. Not on a domestic flight but on a 15 hour international flight. I guess People want to stretch out when they sleep and it's not possible in those cramped seats. I tapped the guy and told him to remove his feet. He apologized and didn't try it again. If he hadn't I would've called the flight attendant. They're usually very helpful. One time this person in front of me had her seat fully reclined during meal service and I couldn't eat. when I asked her politely to adjust her seat, she ignored me. Then the flight attendant came over and told her quite firmly to raise her seat up and she had to do it. They're trained to deal with difficult passengers.

She wasn't in a private place alone with this man! It happen in public... why the hell she didn't call out on him or call the air hostess and she is a celebrety now. Me someone sitting behind my seat bother me by mistake I gave them that look as m throwing a missile on them and they say sorry.

teenage actress who alleged she was harassed by a male passenger on a Vistara flight and her mother refused to file a complaint upon their arrival at Mumbai airport from Delhi, the airline said in its official response on the matter, which blew up on social media last weekend.

Vistara said the crew did not observe any misbehaviour by the male passenger during the flight in a two-page letter to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), the aviation ministry and the National Commission of Women. ET has seen the letter. Police arrested the male passenger after filing a case based on a social media post by the teenager, who is a minor.

"During the flight, until the touchdown, the Vistara crew did not observe any misbehaviour, and was not informed by any person," the airline said. "At one point during the final descent of the flight into Mumbai airport, when the aircraft was in 'sterile mode' where crew cannot leave their seats as per required safety procedures, the crew hears (the teenager) speak loudly to the person seated behind her, but the crew was not aware of the subject matter of this discussion." There was no response to text and WhatsApp messages sent to the actress.

Vistara said the teenager didn't respond when a crew member asked if she was alright as the plane was taxiing after landing. The airline said it asked the actress and her mother whether they wanted to file a complaint or first information report (FIR) but they refused. The letter points out that, as the girl is a minor, "we complied with the guidance/instruction of her parent with regard the FIR."

yup i think its understandable on a long flight,because god those seats are so cramped up
i saw may streching there legs or just walking about
ive never seen it in a short flight though
