Yes thats the only one I have seen too but the plea was not even close to what they are demanding on grounds. So I don't know if the court has rejected any other plea and if not why haven't they approach the court with their objection that they have stated in their press meets.

I guess nobody is clear about who has filed cases and what actions have been taken but whatever is being done is not enough to control the situation as what can be seen.SLB only has police protection but these leaders are still openly instigating the crowd.

Since threats itself is a criminal offence one doesn't need to wait for them to be implemented before taking actions . I don't think ministers are supposed to side with goons either but they are happily doing it while citizens get threatened with consequences. Its the responsibility of the government to assure the citizen of their safety, not side with goons.

Deepu toh kya mujhe toh abhi abhi ek member bhi regressive bolke gayi.😆 Itne se baat se mujhe farak nahin padhta itni sensitive abhi hui nahin hoon. But like I said she shouldn't have said so but just named the group. We as a nation have plenty of different kind of thoughts and can't be generalised in anyway. But then again technically dekha jaye toh madam ne apne aapko bhi regressive hi bola hai given she said "we" as a nation 😆

I am surprised to see that a movie based on a poem is being compared to actual disrobing of someone. In this poll question, I'd vote for the first option, however it has nothing to do with a movie or a non-living entity IMO. There are movies made on REAL Rape-Murder cases where the rapist has been glorified (Dhananjaya in Bengali) which was much against the Supreme Court Verdict of 15 yrs back. That movie was like 100000 times more offensive because all characters were real and fresh in people's memory. Still it RELEASED !! And probably flopped. That's how it's expected to be dealt in Art business.

How did Jayasi invent Padmini? the same way Shakespeare invented Romeo and Juliet, the same way novelists and poets invent all characters - imagination. Today's folklore comes from Rajput adaptations of the poem, these adaptations were eventually regarded as historical.

If people want to maintain, that Padmini is a real life historical person, despite all evidence to the contrary, then that is blind faith.
