Bikinis are worn when one wants to tan, swim whatever. That doesn't mean it's a license to objectify a child. If a person sees something sexual in a child, the problem is with the person and not the child.

I think this whole hungama over bikinis needs to end in this part of the world.

It's not such a big deal. Remember that we find normal what we are used to. Normal is not uniform across societies. What about times when women wore blouses without covering it without a pallu? Does it mean we can objectify them?

Saying pervy comments should be expected is part of rape culture- she is inviting it with the clothes she is wearing. Perverts are responsible for their actions not anybody else.

Every time we say such comments/behaviour are provoked by someone's clothes, we justify them and the perverts only see that people don't blame them.

People should have the decency to not objectify children. That's the behaviour which needs to be corrected, not wearing a bikini.

The point is these stars are putting their kids out there. Nysa Devgan is the same age as these girls, she doesn't put on makeup. Looks like a kid. Because Ajay and Kajol have chosen that. There's 10's of examples of these. It's the Parents and their PR that's circulating all these pictures and shortening their children's childhood.
