No no he was brought in to separate the leads and he did. After 8 weeks hos characters had to die but Ekta had to bring him back because TRPs dropped big time.

Sams thing happened with Mihir's character and he had ro be brought back.

Even in Kasam Se, when TrPs went down he was brought as Aparajit Deb to play the villain and boost trps.

Kasamh se was a super hit show, there was no need to bring ronit roy to boost anything
