for example that dance option there.. it brings down the score of serious actors who are great at what they do.. They don't dance or they are not offered roles that require them to dance..

everyone rating someone like manoj bajpai who is a brilliant actor and its a shame if he is rated bellow the likes of varun and ranveer singh.. 1 or 2 in dance.. that will bring his overall score down.
