these movies were back to back for the said actors but the difference in craft was mindblowing

I have to agree with those who mentioned Alia Bhat. One thing I admire about her is that she is not afraid to look disheveled when the character calls for it. It lends a certain truth to the role. Where as most actresses will die without lip gloss or every single hair in place!

I think Sonam has grown considerably from Saawariya to Neerja. Agree she has not made that remarkable impact but still she was amazing in Neerja

Deepika - from wooden to Tara was big achievement. She is uneven actress. Went back to wood as mastani. Need to see Padmavati to see which side she falls. 😊

Kriti - from wannabe DP to barielly's barfi. Good improvement.

Ranbir - from sawariyya to jagga. This one shocked me. Went from Bollywood style actor to actual actor.

Alia - from student to vaidehi - another huge improvement.
