And the allocation to defence is highest in the budget while other sectors like education are crying for funds.

He is right
He never got any due for his acting and for his stardom

Media has always loved Khans only , from 90s to till now ...they even post lots of excuse for their flops and they are always on the top despite non stop flops ...

Now ppl can't even see Akshay winning NA or doing content based movies or frndly with the govt ... Sab kuch inke Khans ko hi milna chahiye 🤪

In terms of award to industry havent given his due to Aami Khan to aap to bhul hi jao
In terms of movies and recognition Akki was a secondary citizen even few years back.. His continuous success has gathered some bootlickers but its better to stay away from them.. I guess he havent forgot the story of his late father in law

He is right. He is actually ignored by the industry.
=>No big director works with him even after such successful career.
=>No big production house signs him.
=>He doesn't get awards even after making critically acclaimed movies and mostly he don't even gets nominated for Bollywood awards.
=>People still consider him less than khans. Akshay last 4 movies was all superhit/hit.
=>Ask anyone from bollywood industry who is the biggest actor of bollywood right now and they will name any one khans.

Yeah, I overall agree with this. Media and the industry treat and has always treated Akshay as less-than. He was an outsider and has struggled immensely and never really got the required entry for recognition I feel. His buttering of BJP is exhausting tbh but what he says here isn't wrong. He is so steadily successful and has so many decent films in the past few years. It's really surprising to see him treated like an after-thought in media and award shows. Aamir toh, they grudgingly respect because they can't help at this point, not after his continuous success. I feel people who aren't super close to the KJO gang, don't receive their due appreciation today.

I don't dislike Akki, I like him and his films in fact. Don't be mad lol. It's just urging for tax raise as anon-citizen isn't a good look. It's for good reason but it's a bit ehh to me personally.
