first I have to know what is the definition of a bengali saree?? a saree that made in bengal or a saree bengali girls wear. if 2nd then yes girls wear these type of sarees here.
i really have no idea that which sarees are made in bengal. coj u know bengali girls wear Benarasi sari in their weddings, it has become like a ritual but Benarasi is made in Benaras actually. same goes for others also. and we don't wear red border saree always (that's nonbengali's thoughts about us, specially Bollywood 😛 ), only in case of special festivals girls wear that. we too are same like other state girls 😆

Benarasi is a vitalpart of Bengali weddings.I guess taant sarees are made in Bengal no?Bengali girls wear all types of sarees though,silk synthetic taant net Benarasi everything, maybe not Jardousi I guess
