but I guess you are right, she prolly also was wearing a tummy tucker then. I can't believe I was dumb enough to think she lost weight from around her waist and not arms. 🤔

Both the dresses are cinched tight above the waist and falls down loosely below that. Many women have a small tummy pooch right above the bikini line, so their waist looks small but there's a little fat below that.. tight dresses really highlight that part and it ends up looking like a bump.

To be fair many women who do work out choose not to work out on their arms much because they do not want it defined. I do not consider that flabby and arms like Jillian Michaels or Serena Willams only toned. But some might. Again, BTDT, had the throw down. Don't care to argue about that. We all have different definitions of flabby arms. YMMV.

Bebo should have avoided media when she was loosing weight coz now everyone scrutinized her.yes she is loosing weight n u can see from old pics but everyone commenting harsh like how can she leave baby at home .this is Really cruel to hear mother's

@IF valon: I crossed the possibility of bloating only cus in the video it looked more than just bloating which came as a surprise to me cus all this while I was seeing sth else in photographs (even in her red skin tight dress same as this one) which is hard to explain and even now I am still confused so nvm.

All her post workout gym photos, talking about that lol. Also because it kinda became a reinforcement that she has lost a lot of weight reading the comments on IF whereas today I think she hasn't. Now if I get bashed for thinking that I don't mind.
