Okay so I need a breather from RK because frankly its getting unbearable

So I recall reading a comment, don't remember from whom but ya comment I remember that Anushka is like Amir who does not attract a lot of stardom type crazy fan following but has the filmography that would be remembered for like 100 years "ya major eye rolls" but whatever

So what I wanted to ask was k it was post 2000 that Amir developed this AMAZING script sense "Yes, I am being sarcastic" and he now is this great actor.. So did he never have the stardom that say Amitabh, Salman, Shahrukh had? Because I remember reading it multiple times on forum how the Khans became rage with their first movie? So Amir was not included in this? And if he did have the craziness, why did it disappear? And if he did not have it, why not?

Feel free to bash whoever and whatever but please keep KSG and BWF ka new KSG Ranbir out of this.. Also no GIFs please

And goes without saying, would highly appreciate the number game to be excluded as well

Amir had the chocolate boy image in his first few movies then pretty soon people were over him. He enjoyed success only in recent times just like Salman. The only one more constant both with success and popularity was Shahrukh but now his career is on a down hill roll while Aamir, Akshay and someone's Salman is chosing better scripts.

Ya I think SRK and Salman became such big stars because

SRK --- His romantic movies became VERY successful

Salman --- He looked handsome and his romantic movies also were VERY successful.

Key points are 'romance' and VERY (successful).

Romance movies that become a sensation always put an actor's stardom on a HIGH trajectory.

This 'romance' and VERY successful didn't happen in Aamir's career early on. Although he did some love stories, they didn't become sensation...

That's all I think is the reason.

No. Aamir rise is very much proportional to rise of Multiplexes in India. If multiplexes would have been there before his movies would have fared better. Also he learnt from his mistake of signing 8-9 movies at one go. He was the first actor to do one movie at a time.

Aamir don't have star power like Salman..he himself admitted to it. Where Aamir Khan covers it up is by picking some great movies with script.
