Who feels that there is something weird happening with sonu nigam sirs voice these days?? If you listen to the recently released track maana he hum yaar nahin video version, they have added a variation. The end with phool jo band hain panno pe jab.. they have changed Paris part with sonus part, and sonu is clearly going off tune. Then his song has mat pagli.. he is not finishing his Surs the way he usually does. If you listen to shreya part you'll come to know immediately. He is the same person who never goes off tune even live!! So then why in a studio he is sounding so off!!??

Any thoughts?

I noticed it too in the Maana Ke Hum Yaar Nahi song.. couldn't believe it was him..

I mean as much as I want to deny it.. it's happening. I know in the whole song sonu is singing at a scale much higher than pari.. and he is emoting at that scale which is very difficult so that's commendable.. but then for that sentence baat chide jo for him to go suddenly off scale and come lower?? What's up with that? Who are mixing his songs and are they trying to purposely sabotage him!??? Grrr

I haven't heard any of the songs you mention. So dunno.

And Iambest if Sonu Nigam's no. 1 fan on IF.

Ok I just heard maana ke hum yaar and it's quite shocking. It doesn't even sound like Sonu. He's really off in so many places I can feel though I know shit about music.

Like Pari's voice though. Voice is better than screechy voice of Shreya.
