Not exactly a fan, but to give him his due, he is hard working both on and off screen (regularly works out, looking at you Arjun, learn) , seems to choose his scripts according to strengths and seems drama free. Acha banda.

90's main chalta tha , ab toh rom coms aren't appreciated in award functions these days

If Jagga works then Ranbir will get it for sure. Alia can get too since Jitesh loves her although Varun deserves it so much more than Aloo. It was HIS film.

Bahubali 2 which is considered a Hindi movie is more likely to win awards than Badri IMO.

Badri for all it's light heartedness had that scene where he puts her in the trunk of a car. Yeah, yeah, people will roll their eyes at the feminist brigade but if a movie with a scene like that gets awards, feminists on this board and outside will scream. So Badri not winning awards IMO. Toilet possibly. Yes, it has that horrible stalking thing, but since it has a social message it will probably be buried under it. Yes, hypocritical.
