Punjabis are always shown as loud and rambunctious

Dont know why Gujjus are making so much hue and cry abt it

Because a member made gross derogatory comments on Gujjus saying that we are fake and ugly🤢🤢🤢 like there is absolutely no reason to stereotype joke about communities like that especially in this day and age where hatred is so prevalent.

Its good in a way, we get to see Bengali drape on a saree, rather than generic drape.

Coorg style drape also looks good but no idea how they put pleats at the back. It tough to make pleats in front of us.

That Bengali traditional drape is also very difficult to wear and uncomfortable to walk and manage

The regular pleated sari is much better, none of new generation women wear it in the old way except at weddings sometimes as ethnic style

Our grandmothers used to wear it that way daily

I love those Bong style sarees. Aren't readymade and easy to wear available now a days?

Marathi 16 yard is available in ready-to-wear.

On topic - We audience are used to stereotyped characters. We want Punju to do Balle-balle, Sindhi to say Waadi sai, SI is too typecast, Gujju are inspired by Daksha ben of Kyunki and now some TV serials, Parsi are caricature, Goans do drugs...list goes on

If Anu spoke normally here, we would be complaining that there's no hint of Gujju accent.
