Well the news that time was that Shahid was always a cheater. She apparently caught him with Amrita Rao in the vanity van. After she broke up she filmed for Tashan where she and Saif then got close when she was really down after the breakup with Shahid. I do lebelive the bits about Shahid's cheating ways - apparently he still gets a lot of discreet action even now after his marriage.

How is this kissing scene was the reason for their break-up? This movie Dev was released in 2004 which was way before Shahid-Kareena broke up, I think Kareena left him for some other reason, maybe for his cheating or dominating issues, another reason can be money which Saif has lot and Shahid doesn't have much.

Babita was the reason for Lolo downfall by making her act in movies, by making her marry the rich industrialist Sanjay Kapur, etc.. while Bebo knows how to keep Saif happy.
