Devasena smiled looking at her husband who was hiding his face in her crook. A naughty glint caught her eyes. Her hand that was on his side slowly went up and caught his ears. He winced and was about to say something when he felt her lips on his. His eyes widened for a moment and then closed his eyes smiling. Devasena grinned.

At that moment they heard

AMMMIII!

Amarendra pulled back frowning!

"Trust your son to break the moment for us. That too when my fierce Deva was taking the lead

Devasena jabbed him once and got up from his lap. Amarendra held her and both walked in hand in hand. Devasena giggled.

"Amarendra! We have grown up sons!

"So?

"Behave!

"I am behaving as a husband should with Wife!

Devasena jabbed him again as they reached the entrance to the cave when Aslam came there panting. He stood in front of them and looked at them glaring.

"What?

Devasena asked glaring back.

"Toofan!

Amarendra chuckled.

"Arzoo is here?

Devasena asked excited. Amarendra looked at her.

"Look at your son's face. And you still ask that question?

"Chachu

Aslam chided. Shaking their head both went out with Aslam following them hiding behind. There they saw a beautiful white mare first then a gray mare. Avantika was tending to the white one. Frowning Devasena went to her and saw that the white mare was unable to use one of its hind leg.

"Avantika. What is wrong?

"I don't know Rani Devasena. I found her in the woods and saw that she was unable to use her hind leg. So we bought her here.

Devasena smiled looking at the concern in Avantika's eyes for the mare. She went and caressed the hind leg of the mare and found a muscle knotted on the upper portion of the limb. Slowly caressing the limb making the mare feel comfortable.

Avantika was also caressing the neck of the animal, and suddenly the mare squealed and stood up. Avantika looked at Devasena who was smiling and nodding her head.

"What happened Rani Devasena?

"Looks like she was so excited, that she got herself a muscle knot. She is fine now.

Avantika relaxed and smiled caressing the mare. Mahendra too caressed the animal irritating Dheera and making him nudge Mahendra who chuckled and caressed him too.

Then Devasena saw another mare who stood there looking at everything with fear filled eyes. Devasena went there and tried touching the mare who moved back. Devasena looked into the eyes of the grey mare. She saw so much of pain there. Keeping the eye contact, Devasena touched the mare's nose who moved close to Devasena and kept her head on his shoulder.

"Arey! How did this happen?

Devasena turned to see a beautiful girl in white with her head covered in her oni. Her smile was so heartening. Devasena too smiled.

"We just understood each other

Devasena replied as she caressed the mare and turned to the girl.

"And is this your mare?

"No! I just rescued her from a very bad trader who was torturing this 8 year old kid.

She said as she tried to touch the mare. Usually, the mare who used to back away in the beginning, today let her touch. Her eyes widened as she turned to Devasena.

"She just feels protected here

Devasena said. At that moment Sultan came galloping to Saira and stood beside Saira like pillar of support. The girl smiled.

"Usually only when Sultan is beside, Saira stays calm and vice versa

Devasena smiled as she saw her husband nearing the brown stallion and whispering something in his ears. The stallion snorted and nudged Amarendra once making him chuckle and making the girl's jaws drop to the floor.

"This is..! Sultan is absolutely uncontrollable. And he..

"My husband has his way around uncontrollables! And some bonds cannot be explained.

Devasena said as she looked at Saira who joined her head with Devasena's. She felt the same connection she had earlier with Veera. No one can replace Veera in her heart. But she felt herself being pulled by this grey mare.

"Sultan was also rescued?

Amarendra asked chuckling as Sultan kept nudging him.

"No! His master was rescued

Came Aslam's voice from behind Amarendra. The girl's eyes immediately searched for him who came out of his hide. Devasena and Amarendra looked at each other smile as they saw the girl's face light up and also saw Aslam's eyes catching a light. Devasena went to her husband and held his hand. Amarendra smiled feeling her touch as they both saw the new jodi.

"Khan saab

She ran to Aslam holding her long flowing tunic not minding the oni slipping from her head. She stood in front of him looking at him. He slowly put the oni on her head and she smiled.

"How are you?

"Was fine till this moment.

He replied making her giggle.

"Really? Then why do I see you all thin and going like one of those palm trees in Gaziya?

"You were not there to stuff food into my mouth right? So I am eating that is well enough for me and I am looking well

She laughed.

"Khan saab.. You do look well. After all, you have found your Ammi and Abbu.

She turned to Amarendra and Devasena smiling. They smiled in return. Then her eyes turned naughty.

"Vese Khan saab. I don't see any hurt or cuts. So you have not been into weapon making yet?

She asked stifling her giggle while Aslam glared at her.

"Aate hi shuru! Arzoo Jahnnum! How did you even find this place?

"Aapke Bade Chacha and your Thammudu and maradalu.

She looked at Sanga's husband, Mahendra and then at Avantika as she took each's name. Aslam hit his head.

"And you have got to know them already. What and all have you blabbered?

Mahendra came there stood beside Arzoo looking at Aslam teasingly.

"Enti Anna! Never knew you were so scared of Arabian crabs that you literally climbed a tree?

Aslam glared at the culprit who just hung her head chuckling. Amarendra chuckled remembering how Devasena climbed trees when she was angry and did not know to climb down. But Devasena thought of another moment moment when she and her husband had started facing troubles that started coming to them directly.

Devasena was in weapons warehouse when she felt someone's presence that was not her husband's. Because she knew that her husband was in meeting with the army quads heads. She turned to see one of Bhalla's dogs standing there.

"What are you doing here?

"That should be my question!

"Ahh! You dont have the rights to control me Rani Devasena

He said in that mocking tone of his. Devasena who was already in a very bad mood due to her pregnancy, went about boiling.

"And you dont have rights to be here at this time.

"I have! I am Dandanaayaka of Maahishmati. I came to get a weapon.

Devasena glared.

"Why do you need one

"I am not answerable to you.

"Badluck. You are answerable to me. I am your Sarvasainyadyaksha's wife.

"That doesnt give you the rights

Came a very calm and Dangerous voice that sent the Dandanaayaka shivering. Devasena smirked at her husband's timing as if he was a moment late, she would have thrown the dagger through that man's eyes. Udupathi turned and bowed.

Devasena smiled. Her husband might not be a king. But he had that aura around him and man, he had the stance that made everyone respect him. But this one was scared.

"Dandanaayaka! She is still Maahishmati Kodalu and Kunthalam Rani. Above all she is my wife. If you disrespect, you know the punishment

That man just nodded.

"Why do you need a weapon?

Udupathi just nodded and went away from there.

Devasena said as she placed the dagger back in its sheath and put it back in its place.

Saying he pulled her close. Devasena chuckled as she went into her husband's arms. His hand went to her now very well visible abdomen.

He asked his usual question. Devasena pulled his moustache making him wince and chuckle.

"Nanna

She said in warning tone.

"Devasena! Why do you want a son?

"May be because I want a little one who would be so like my husband who is all this epitome of goodness, calm and right amount of naughtiness.

"But I want a daughter.

"And why is that?

"May be because I want my little one who is so like my wife who never hesitates show people their place and is very well talented with weapons.

Devasena glared at him for trying to convince her. But What was there to think? She was happy with son or daughter. She always argued with him only to rile him up.

"Amarendra! I have been waiting for you. Come! Rajamata sent a word that she wanted to visit us.

"Yes! That is why I came here as soon as I could wrap up the meeting.

Devasena had difficulty in moving in her usual pace as she was through her sixth full moon cycle. He snaked his arm around her shoulder and held her close to him as they walked slowly towards their chamber. Devasena smiled revelling in the feel of her husband's warmth around her.

Both reached their chamber and Amarendra helped Devasena settle on the settee keeping support to her back. He sat on the arm of settee as he rubbed her back relaxing her. She smiled and leaned on him keeping her head on his chest.

"Deva! What would be our daughter's name?

"I don't know! You suggest a name for our son?

"Devaputra?

Devasena jabbed him making him chuckle.

"He is not your putrudu enti?

"I have my Amritasena

"Chi! Adenti Sena?

"You are Devasena

"Give nice names!

"Mahendra and Dhaarani

Amarendra smiled and got up to welcome his mother. He came back to help Devasena to stand up when Sivagami came there and made her sit without letting her get up.

"Enti Devasena? Na Manavadu em cheptunnadu? What is my grandson saying?

Devasena looked up at Amarendra raising her brow. Amarendra just shook his head.

"Manavaraalu Amma!

He said. Sivagami smiled at her son. Amarendra felt himself going light as he saw his mother acknowledging him after months.

"I don't mind Baahu. Manavadu or Manavaraalu. Either way its Sivagami's grandchild.

"Ala cheppandi Rajamata

Devasena said smirking at her husband who shook his head smiling. He turned to his mother who was smiling looking at them.

"You wanted to talk to us Amma?

He asked as he made her sit on one of his chairs as he stood beside Devasena with an arm around her shoulder. Devasena saw sivagami smiling at the gesture. Devasena smiled too.

"In few days we have Prasanna's Seemantham Baahu. After that its Devasena's.

She said smiling at them. Amarendra smiled.

"If Devasena wishes, we can take her to Kunthalam for Seemantham and let her be there.

For a moment Amarendra's smile dropped. His wife had to go back to her maternal home for Delivery. Devasena held the hand that was around her as she looked at Rajamata.

"Prasanna has already said that she will be here for Delivery and does not wish to go to Ravi Nagaram

Sivagami said understanding Devasena's question.

"I prefer staying at Maahishmati too Rajamata

Devasena gave her wish and Amarendra smiled. Sivagami stifled her chuckle looking at her kids.

"Well then. So shall we make arrangements?

Both nodded.

"And Devasena! Already a message has gone to Naayaka and Sulochana asking them to come here for Seemantham.

She said as she stood up. That's when they both understood that sivagami planned it way before understanding them.

Amarendra bowed down to his mother who caressed his hair. Devasena at that time did not know that this bonding would be lost and that too because of her.

There in Maahishamti..!

Bijjaladeva stood looking at his son who was wandering around lifelessly. He did not understand what to say to make him feel better.

Bhalla looked at the Sivalingam his mother used to worship. He remembered how she did the pooja and always used to give the prasadam to his brother first. He closed his eyes thinking how it was always Baahu first. In the little time, even his wife started to get close to his brother.

Baahu was standing below a blackplum tree in the garden looking at his wife who was glaring at him with her hands on her hips.

"Deva.. Nee korikalu mari.. This is too much! You brought me from my work for this?

"Pleasing your pregnant wife is also your duty Amarendra

Prasanna who came at that moment there, looked at both of them and giggled. Both turned to her and smiled.

"Maharani

Prasanna smiled and stopped him from paying courtesy.

"Maharani kadu Bavagaru. Vadina

She corrected him and smiled at Devasena who stood there looking at them. Prasanna smiled looking at Devasena.

"Vadina what are you doing here alone? Shouldn't you have someone along you?

"I saw you both enjoying here and thought of joining you leaving behind my maids who accompanied me. If you want I can leave you both alone if this is private party.

She said. Amarendra and Devasena smiled. Both looked down embarrassed. Prasanna chuckled.

"So..

Saying she turned.

"Aagandi akka

"Aagandi Vadina

Both called together making Prasanna chuckle and turn.

"What is going on here?

"Adi.. Vadina..

"He is not letting me climb the tree.

Prasanna's eyes widened as she looked at both of them.

"She wants those ripe plums Vadina.

"Yes. And he not getting me those either.

Prasanna giggled looking at them.

"Bad Bavagaru. You should fulfill your wife's wishes.

Devasena smiled.

"He does. But not before riling me up.

Devasena said supporting and mocking her husband at single breath. HE chuckled.

"You both wait here.

Shaking his head, he climbed the tree top branch that had the ripest plums of all. Prasanna had her own cravings and wishes. But somewhere along, she had buried all of them knowing that she was not going to get them fulfilled by her husband. She was not jealous of her brother in law and his wife. She was genuinely happy for them and actually enjoyed their company.

Her thoughts were broken as Baahu jumped down with a cloth bag that was full of ripe plums.

Happily Devasena took one and was about to eat one. But she stopped and passed it to Prasanna.

"You eat Rani Devasena.

"Devasena!

Devasena corrected as stuffed the plum in her hand.

"Eat. They are tasty usually

Prasanna ate deeply moved by their affection to her. Prasanna had a good time as she saw Baahu and Devasena tease and rile each other up. But she could clearly see the love behind all this. She smiled.

"Ika chaalu. Bavagaru. I think Devasena should rest.

"So do you Vadina. Come.

Smiling Prasanna turned and missed a step. Amarendra immediately caught her from one side and Devasena from other.

"Careful Vadina.

Prasanna smiled and walked along with them. Baahu made sure that both the women were safe.

Bhalla watched all this from distance and fumed. His brother! But then smirked as he just got the news about Baahu ordering the kitchen staff to make food for Prasanna only under his supervision.

He looked down at the patraalu in his hands and his smirk became wide.

"Baahubali

He muttered and turned back. It was time his mother started believing him.

Bhalla looked at the Sivalingam and scoffed. His mother..! The woman who gave birth to him could not catch his game. What could one monkey fellow do now?

In Caves!

Kattappa stood in a corner looking at his Baahu happily enjoying his time with his family. He remembered how Sivagami in the heat of moment put a full stop to all this.

"Kattappa

He ran to Sivagami.

"Thalli

"Are arrangements for Naayaka and Sulochana's arrival done?

"They are thalli

"Good. Seemantham is for Sulochana too

"I know Thalli

Kattappa smiled. Sivagami was known for this behaviour of hers. At that moment Chandrika came rushing in.

"Rajamata

"Enti Chandrika?

"I think you should know something.

Kattappa bowed and moved out. Sivagami looked at chandrika.

"Weapons are being trafficked from Maahishmati. The biggest conspiracy ever is being spinned Rajamata.

Sivagami frowned.

"Sarvasainyadyaksha Baahubali has just ordered the kitchen staff to prepare food for Maharani only under his supervision.

"Why would baahu do so?

"Because he found her food poisoned?

For a moment Sivagami was taken aback. What was going on in this kingdom behind her back? And how come she missed all this? For a moment her insides shivered. She felt herself going back in time and looking at the incidents when her father and mother were killed.

She turned to see her husband who dismissed Chandrika.

"Enti Sivagami? Bayam puttukochinda?

Sivagami glared at her husband.

"History always repeats Sivagami. If you don't believe, Nee muddu bidda thechina aa Ayuda Vivarala patraalu chudu. Take a look at them. And then look at these

He kept certain patraalu and went out shrugging. Sivagami looked at them and frowned.

Kattappa felt a nudge and saw Siddha standing there. He caressed his horse's mane and closed his eyes. The dark times are over. He thought as fed Siddha his treat. Then he looked at the other horses and walked to Baahu.

"Did you eat your breakfast?

Arzoo asked Amarendra and Devasena. Both of them nodded smiling.

"Good. Now Bade chacha brought some medicines I think. Are they ready bade Chacha?

She called out for him who said..

"Idigo

Arzoo was looking around the caves and went to the place where weapons were kept. But she did not stop there, she went straight into the kitchen and came out with a pitcher of water.

"Now here! You both have the medicines.

Aslam looked at them helplessly. But these two only smiled as they listened to the girl.

"Ammi! You tell me what do you like to have for lunch? You too Abbu. I will make everything quickly.

Devasena ruffled Arzoo's hair.

"What is your name?

"Arzoo

"Where is your Abbu?

For a moment he saw both Arzoo and Aslam's face fall. She frowned. But then Arzoo looked up smiling at Amarendra.

"He is here na. My Abbu. Kyu Abbu?

She asked as she stood in front of Amarendra. Amarendra could not contain his tears. But he could not stop himself from smiling too. Smiling Arzoo went into his arms hugging him tight. Amarendra's arms went around Arzoo and settled on her head caressing.

Avantika who saw this frowned. Devasena chuckled. She signalled to Avantika calling her closer. Avantika went there.

"Rani Devasena?

But Devasena made her stand in front of Amarendra smiling.

"She is scowling standing there.

Amarendra chuckled as he opened his other arms. Smiling and trying to stifle her sob, Avantika went into it. Amarendra looked at Devasena who smiled as both their sons hugged her from each side keeping their heads to hers.

Naayaka who saw this could not contain his tears. His daughter was getting her share of love at last which he failed to give in the fear of losing her. Wiping his eyes he turned from there when he saw Kattappa coming there.

"The horses

Kattappa explained showing his hands that had the treat. Arzoo who saw this hit her forehead.

"Forgot!

She said. She took some of the treats and went to the horses and stood there trying to decide whom to feed first. Mahendra was already feeding Dheera.

Avantika saw this and took some treats to Vibhi. Bahaadur was happily munching treats from Aslam. So Mahira, Sultan and Saira were left out.

Smiling Devasena and Amarendra came forward clearing path for her to feed Mahira.

"But sultan and Saira..

She turned to doubtfully and was surprised to see that both of them were happily taking treats from Amarendra and Devasena. Feeling Mahira's nudge she fed Mahira her treats when she felt Aslam standing behind her. She turned and raised her brow.

"Why did you come here?

Arzoo frowned.

"You expected me stay back when you went missing for more than a fortnight without any trade?

"I said right, I had to look after Chachu

"You could have brought him to our place too.

"But we ourselves don't have permanent place Arzoo. And If I had brought him there, how could he have met his family?

"This is inevitable Khan Saab. He would have eventually.

Aslam shook his head.

"And while coming also you were in your element. You let Saira out of your sight!

"What can I do? She does not listen to me! And Vibhi took after her.

"Why did you even bring them here?

"What do you expect me to do? Leave them back and let them starve?

"Arzoo..

He was about to retort when Arzoo smiled at the sight of Sultan and saira.

Devasena and Amarendra were teasing each other and also included the horses into their conversation. The horses who felt very secure, enjoyed their company.

"Enti Sultan? Already protective of saira?

Sultan snorted. Saira kicked Sultan making Amarendra chuckle.

"Women don't understand our feelings ra.. Ah!

Amarendra winced as Devasena pinched him on his hip. Sultan and Saira snorted and squealed.

"Never let men know our secret. Enti saira?

Saira nudged Devasena's nose making her chuckle.

"Hey! They are teaming up against us ra Baadshah

"Lets give them tough time Veera

Both said and their smiles dropped. The hands that were caressing the horses stopped as their faces fell.

"Abbu! Never even think that sultan will be in your support! This brown stallion always stands by Saira you know? He was the one who rescued her by kicking the trader. oh wow.. another hero! 😃

"No two are same. No one can replace some memories in our heart. But there will come a time when we will meet who can make similar memories without overshadowing the other. Very very true! 👏 Her maturity! 😃⭐️

"She has in moment swept everyone here

"Mainly this one Yup.. she is a toofan but one who has swept them all with her love & Care! And ESPECIALLY one Khan saab! 😆

"Searching for poisonous snake! Trust her to come up with an answer like that!

And he comes to her rescue! All I can think up is an older version of the slip n catch we saw! 😳

"Try to listen to your husband once in your life! lol.. this dialogue! 😆

"Instead of mocking, for once why don't you help me lol.. good q!

She asked pulling him holding his tunic on his chest. Amarendra chuckled. Who said they have aged? Bending he held her below her knee and raised her. Not at all! 😆They are still the same!

"I am not so weak that I cannot help my wife. I am strong enough Ofcourse, he is not going to get age/health get in the way of helping his wife! 😛

"I can never let this one go you know? The first man to have my heart and me Aww... yup!

"And last! 😆

"That only shows I am still strong of course! u haven't aged at all!😛

"I behave like a man behaves with his wife Amarendra is r

Aww... these 2 just are tooo cute together! If only this was shown in the movie😭

"Thatha! Where is that Good for nothing fellow's head? oh yeah! Bhalla is getting it soon!

Full planning going on.. seems more believable!

Mahendra looked at Aslam and then nodded. At that moment, Arzoo came there with Sweetened curd. Everyone is off to do their partt and Arzoo is doing hers! 😃

Arzoo looked at Aslam. Aslam looked everywhere embarrassed but did let her feed. lol..

"You are good luck for us Vadina and Mahendra is the 1st to hint!

Kattappa smiled. The family was one again. And it was getting big too. His Baahu and Devasena deserved every happiness in this world. Finally! ❤️

Another Beautiful Part Meenu! 👏👏

Arzoo - I love her already! 😆 She is just too sweet and mature and so full of love! Her love for Aslam and others is really so genuine! She has already managed to make a place for herself in the family! ❤️ And her troubling Aslam by telling Mahendra his stories is just a cherry on the cake! she is the perfect mix!

Horses - Love how u gave them all a back story too and an idea of their personality! They have all managed to impress their masters with their uniqueness! and New bonds are formed! Though I will miss Baadshah-Veera forever, this is nice too!

Amarendra-Devasena: U make me fall in love with them more n more! Their little moments are so beautiful that we yearn for more.. Playful and romantic! Amarendra is just the sweetest husband! Love him! Their little arguments about the gender or how he is not letting her climb - it's so real and beautiful!

Their bond with Prasanna was really nice! Nice moment I am sure Prasanna will cherish!

Sivagami being warm with Amarendra was a surprise but I understand this is the calm before the storm and things are going to change! 😭

Bhalla has started his game😡🤢
