HAHK was 1 of it's kind film, which started from day 1 9 lacs collection to 72 cr lifetime nett. Same question can be asked for all these big stars:

1. Why Dilip Kumar can give another Mughal-E-Azam?

2. Why Rajesh Khanna couldn't give Aradhana kind of Blockbuster Success Again?

3. Why is Sholay Amitabh's biggest Hit till date, why he couldn't recreate that magic?

Forget Salman, Why can't Aamir cross RAJA HINDUSTANI's Footfalls / Success till now, even with DANGAL which is 400-500% bigger release scale, he fall just 5 cr below?

MAGNITUDE OF SUCCESS jitna jayda hoga, it can't be REPEATED, HAHK comes in that, so Salman had his share like Big B had for Sholay.

BIG B in his prime has given many big hits, but not even 1 came close to Sholay.

You wanna use today's average ticket price with yesterday's films whilst ignoring all other factors, if HAHK was released today for the very first time, you'd be lucky if it touched 50cr 😆... such films in 2017 would tank. 😆

What it ACTUALLY made (not imaginary numbers) was 72cr. 🤣

This is not the way BIGGEST is measured... if by giving HIGHER NETT means BIGGEST HIT than CHENNAI EXPRESS would have been Gem over 3 Idiots? Is it? Nahi.

BIGGEST HIT = Measured in Footfalls (Ticket Sold)

HAHK = 7.39 Cr Tickets

BAHUBALI 2 [HINDI] = 5-6 Cr Range

You can see the difference where ppl went to see HAHK more than BAHUBALI 2, NETT came higher coz of HIGHEST TICKET Price.

Even in Hollywood, this is same concept, GONE WITH THE WIND is biggest HOLLYWOOD HIT, not Star Wars, not Avatar.

New user. Newly interested in Bollywood box office.

I'm very confused about the 90's reading different information on Twitter. Who was the biggest Superstar in the 90's? Some say SRK, some Sunny Deol, Some Ajay Devgan because Hindustan ki Kasam had the biggest opening and some say Salman Khan because HAHK was the biggest Hit. I just want to know who was the biggest star , not Hits or Flops and numbers but popularity like Salman is today even if Dangal is the biggest hit.
