It's like asking, what does a foodie look for in food? A foodie likes different kinds of foods: spicy, sweet, bitter, etc.

Broadly speaking, these are the few categories actresses get slotted by:

Beauty/Sex appeal (50%)

Acting (20%)

Dance (20%)

Dressing sense (5%)

Intelligence, communication skills (5%)

I look for acting skills..I truly do...I don't mean to be all "oh I am so above liking actors on the basis of their looks",I love beautiful faces...but I am not averse to talent either...and in an actor I only look for acting talent.I like SidM's and ARK's faces,so I google them when I feel like looking at some beautiful faces,I don't go watch their movies in the theatres.

Relatability first and foremost. Actresses should display personality comprising shyness, coyness, Indianness. Why do you think actresses go blue in the face mentioning how traditional they are and how they don't believe in dating & living in!

Acting is the last thing they look for. Oh and hot body with a pristine face with a dash of conservatism is a winner!
