Should be stunningly pretty, should be hot, should be young, should be sexy, should not be married or else can't fantasize about her anymore, should be talented, should have a flawless body, should have great dancing skills, should not have a strong personality - should be shy, meek, sweetheart, 'innocent'...basically should seem submissive.

Combination of Sex appeal and good looks. Katrina was a hit and Genelia/Yummy weren't.

Alia having acting instead of sex appeal is exception.
