both Mirchi Jai and Amarendra Baahubali are so close to his real life characters yaar

and so are the plots😆

well that was my fan heart speaking.. dont mind

but even Jai was not written for D but it just fit him perfectly..

But Amarendra was written for him, keeping him in mind.. and for me, separating both is not possible

even Mahendra is a part of Darling only! 😆

Amarendra and Mahendra are two different faces of D

Shivuni aana song, had mostly the Ravana's recited stothram.. but the song.. Actually connected Mahendra to Maahishmati a lot.. When I first time watched the movie, I only knew the character names and little outlines of the characters..

But somehow I could connect the song

Haan. That fire in devasena and her pain / amrendra's good heart and his following of Dahram is what made Mahendra so blessed to carry The lord on his shoulders. 😊

I would like to have a IV with Rajmouli, Prabhas, Sweety, Rana, Ramya, Sathyaraj, Nazar and Tammanah about BB and it's characters.

I love the way each one was written.

There was a particular scene where amarendra teaches the kids how to wrestle. I loved that scene so much. He was so childlike, calm headed, and full of gratitude, accepted everything that came his way with a smile. To see this character die in a few more minutes broke my heart. When Katappa applies Amarendra's blood to Sivagami, my heart literally😭

All who were key in Baahu's death, Bhalla, Sivagami Katappa had Baahu's blood on them. That same blood did abhisheka on the Sivalingam and destroyed Bhallaladeva.

I don't know if SSR had actually confirmed anything about this anywhere. And frankly, while I know the story of Mahabharat, I don't remember specific moments to know if there was an exact replica of this scene...

But overall, I felt as if the war in BB2 wasn't too similar to the Mahabharat war. I could draw a similarity in BB1: the 'Thirisoola Viyugam' strategy in BB1 vs. 'Chakra Viyugam' strategy in Mahabharat that was used to draw Abhimanyu in. They are not the same, but it still designed to draw, trap the target(s) and defeat them. The war in BB2 was on a much more personal level. Bhalla vs. Mahendra on one side, Devasena doing the rounds around the temple on the other side, and both of these tracks clashing at one point (when Deva walks on Bhalla's head). So...for me, not much of MB inspiration that I could see in that particular scene, or even the final war...but I could be wrong.

I felt rajmouli is emotionally torturing when we have the BG song after sivakami realised her mistake.

That song looked like Sivakami's song to little Amar 😭

Anyone here knows the exact lyrics used? I remember here and there.
