The injustice she did to Baahu and his family is one thing but what irks me is how they hail her so much if this was her character trait ?? A totally overrated character. She's a complete misfit to that 'epitome of justice' title.

Totally. She just stopped talking to Baahu. Even if she decided to not make him the King, she should have called him once and spoken to him, about what was irking her.

She did try to make amends, but it was too little, too late. Baahu, Devsena and their family was destroyed

Sivagami wasn't a bad one like her son and husband.. She was completely taken aback by the way Amarendra gave back on her face.. And she failed to see her upbringing in it all.. It was still her loving son that follows her ideals that she taught him but she completely fooled herself by not seeing it all.. And Devasena 's straightforward apprach didn't help much in creating that understanding as well..

In fact Sivagami's character stayed in people's mind as the sacrificing mother who the moment realized her shortfall didn't falter to take the tough decision inspite of being at the receiving end of hatred from her husband and son.. She chose to sacrifice her life instead of staying by the side of wrong intentions.. 👍🏼
