We never know...The last line spoken in the movie was when the titles were rolling and it is a kid being curious if Mahendra's son would be the next king...I feel they kept the doors open for part-3!

According to SSR sir, If his father would come up with a story, he would make Bahubali 3. Until then there will be different stories of the Bahubali universe told and not necessarily on film. 'The Rise of Shivagami' is a book about Shivagami and already available. I think they are planning a cartoon or a web series. Not sure.

Rajamouli took 4 years to make these 2 parts. No way Prabhas would've given more time to him. After the first part Prabhas said in an interview that when Rajamouli first came to him he asked for 1 year of his dates to make both parts. Prabhas worked with Rajamouli before, so he knew no way he would finish in 1 year, so he gave him 2 years time. But the 2 years turned into 4 years. I think he wants to move on and do other roles now.

No, I think it's perfect as it is. The final battle was a bit fast, but it was still really good. A third movie just on the battle would be way too dragged and unnecessary. Moreover, the second movie became such a hit because the first ended in suspense. There is not enough story left to create as much suspense in the second one. Making a third movie would be a huge risk and I feel like it might have flopped, as the first two movies had strong storylines and enough suspense to keep the audience hooked for three hours each time.
