Why should he ? I mean a boy comments only on girls they think as hot. And why would a boy want to have romantic/sexy thoughts on a girl imaging her to be his sister ?

I dont look at a hot guy and say 'Wish he was my brother' either. And people don't unless they are incest 🤔
