I don't think Anushka is one note actress. She really is good. DP depends on the director. If director is good, she gives her best.
As for Sonam, I don't think she acted in Aisha. That is her true life story. That is how she is 😉
She is bad in every movie. The only movies she is passable are the ones in which she talks less. Her voice is sooo annoying 😡
