She delivered decent to very good performances in those movies. Let's not forget that she was also linked to ambitious projects which failed to deliver but it has to be noted that filmmakers saw something in her (Saawarya, Mausam)

ROM is alleged to have seen great potential in Sonam and Harsh, the results don't speak for themselves. In Saawarya Sonam looked gorgeous, acting wise both Ranbir and she failed to deliver, but it was their debut. I don't think SLB saw great potential in Sonam, Ranbir perhaps as that has worked out acting wise. It took Sonam 10 years plus for a Neerja and even those who think she does not deserve national recognition agree she was good.
