Deepika Padukone recently serenaded the HT Style Awards red carpet looking gorgeous in black. However, her bae, Ranveer Singh, decided to give it a miss. Oh yes, the reason was the fact that DP was present. Oh but it's not because of a lover's spat reports claim them to have had. The reason for them to have avoided each other has got to do with their Padmavati director Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Turns out he is the one who has been ensuring that they keep away from each other. A recent report on Spotboye has claimed that SLB has demanded his co-stars to keep away from each other and avoid being clicked together by the paparazzi. Now that's a diktat he wants Deepika and Ranveer to follow. Thanks to all the trouble the film is facing, they have been asked to stay away from each other.
The rumour mills are buzzing with reports of splitsville for DP and RS, ever since she went for the xXx: Return of Xander Cage promotions with Vin Diesel. The constant PDA with her co-star and the having babies with Vin' comment of Deepika on Ellen DeGeneres' show sparked rumorus of split. The last time we saw the couple walk hand in hand was at xXx's India premiere. Since then, we have never come across a single pic of them together or any mention of wishes or tweets for each other. We had even shared a piece of 20 solo pics of Ranveer and Deepika, avoiding being clicked together or even being present at the same spot at once.

Now that we know its SLB, who caused all the rumours to blow out of proportion! Well, he has been super careful and will have to be till the release of his film. With constant perils cropping up on the sets of Padmavati, we wonder how it's going to work out for the actors. Very recently, the film sets were yet again vandalised over the same topic of the supposed dream - love sequence (that doesn't exist). The filmmaker has again clarified the same thing that such a dream sequence is not even part of the script. Clearly, it has become difficult and very risky to work on this project that is receiving such tremendous flak from the public. At this pace, will the project ever be completed?
