who is he to suggest some one to leave
you didn't like what she had to say..maintain a distance but you cannot instruct these things to anyone

she has every right to stay and be a part of the industry..one doesn't always need to sing praises to be a part of something..

An even tussle between 2 btowners known to play victim card should be interesting.

It's amazing that when Kangana puts across her point of view , it's all good but God forbid someone responds to what she has stated about them and it automatically becomes "oh look he's being salty" or whatever the numerous labels folks here have come up with! 😆 And this notion that he is talking about it now only because Rangoon wasn't a hit is quite preposterous. If I'm not wrong he was asked about it even on twitter and he stated his opinion even then and that was before Rangoon released I guess. Stated something on the lines of how it was good for the show and for her , which implied that he got that a lot of what Kangana said was indeed meant to grab eyeballs. I mean her statement about Karan being intolerant to outsiders is such hyperbole man yet it was applauded as it is some darn truth. One glimpse at Dharma would show as to how many outsiders are part of it , whether it be directors , assistant directors or even someone like Sidharth Malhotra. I can understand the point about Karan indulging in nepotism to an extent but this notion that he is intolerant to outsiders is exaggeration to put it politely. And he is damn right , it is his show , she stated what she wanted to and he kept all those remarks in the version that one saw. Maybe he didn't retaliate then as that would have then taken away from what the show is about and become this back and forth between him and Kangana. I'm glad though he is speaking his mind here. It's darn easy to make some of the statements that Kangana made on the show , it makes for good copy but it's difficult to be more nuanced.

The only reason he kept everything was "TRP" to save his boring sinking ship of a show and now he is dragging her for the same thing. If it was such an issue you should have never inviter her or aired the damn interview. #BloddyHell

What a pathetic loser this one is. Despicable.
Had Rangoon been successful he would have never said all of this.
I want KR to take on Karan now. 😆
Will she become Bheegi Billi or give him back with a bang?

If it's such a boring , sinking ship of a show then why did Kangana even bother coming on the show? If she is so "above" it then she should have declined his invitation. And he ain't "dragging" her , he is putting across his point of view just like she stated hers.

He also mocks her English. And I don't know why he gets so defensive. Why couldn't he have said the same thing in the show where Kangana could have replied? Karan is being an asshole now.

If she was that rude and out of line than why didnt he answer her back than and there? Did he need extra time to think of a reply? It seemed like it was the praise she got afterwards that stung him? How many times has he taken digs at others on his own show? Do they all look for a platform to give it back? How many times has he manipulated celebs to take digs at each other? If everyone had gotten this offended the entire industry would have stopped talking to each other.

Just because he chose to not retaliate back then , he doesn't have the right to respond at all? Like he says in the clip , that was her platform, this is his! He was the interviewer then , not the interviewee. Not to mention I do remember him stating at the end of the show that some of her opinions were indeed her perceptions about him so he did reply , not in the manner he's doing now because that would have taken away from the show and become this back and forth between him and Kangana.

Why would the praise get to him! Does he look like someone who is new to the industry? There are plenty of articles out there that have been critical of Karan at various points in his career , whether it then be that he makes candy floss films or whether it be about him not coming out of the closet or whatever.

Manipulated? Really? Is he putting words in their mouth! No offense but there have been plenty of celebs who have taken the diplomatic route as well. The show is meant to be frivolous but this notion that it is the host who is making you say what you say is ludicrous. He is asking you whatever he wishes to , you can easily choose to not comment or comment in a way that is diplomatic.

As for taking offense , I'm amazed that Kangana can say any darn thing under the sun but folks have an issue with others choosing to respond? If she is entitled to her opinion , so are others!
