Salman's don't give a damn attitude pisses them off mainly, affection he gets from his fans and cinema lovers which their stars don't have. He is one true superstar we have after amitabh bachchan.

By the way, I don't think Salman even chooses movies to be #1 or to earn money.. he clearly chooses the movies that his fans want to see. All his movies are family entertainers even though he must like something else too, but he puts his fans wishes at the priority instead of his own wish and only makes the stuff that his fans wants to see. He could also have done Dangal but he didn't cos he knows his fans like him in a specific role so he does movies to make his fans happy which I think is really sweet and cute. 😳 ❤️

Disagree with u, salman was among those stars who has always had professional approach, he started the trand to charge from ppl inviting film stars to functions. Salman is happy walking the bank, for 2 pk & dangal kind of films, he is giving 3 bigger films with much bigger earnings, which he is interested. To earn as much he can for being human. Now that he is at a stage a flop won't matter, he is focusing on doing films his fans want, but for money he means business.

Salman is the only actor whose movies that don't make sense most of the times earn 200-300 crores. He has seen the stardom which I guess nobody has or will ever see and his movies are mainly entertaining ones (not IMO but most people feel they are). That's the reason whey people are confident about the movies fate and not scared to invest in his movies.

But still I hope and feel that he should act in movies which make sense and are not just action-dramas and far away from reality. Sultan and BB were not logical movies IMO but they made some sense.

Salman and Aamir aren't even competing with each other, and if they are its in a healthy way. Its us fans who fight more than the stars. As for pressure on Salman, because his stardom is unparalleled in today's times. And its competition between a mega-star and a mega-businessman/producer/director. Aamir chooses films which put pressure on story, from business angle purely. Salman chooses films which he feels he will love, his fans will love and of course make business too. Difference! Als, because apart from Aamir only Salman can give big earnings from films.
