Pakistani Army is Culprit, ISI is Culprit, don't get ahead in assuming other things, but never ever every PAKISTANI Citizen is Culprit.

there are fundamental rights n fundamental duties, rights ok wat about fundamental duties of ppl towards d country ,ppl taking advantage of rights n ignoring duties,rights n duties exist not just one exist. in d name of freedom r rights u can't ignore duties.seems poor soul get some light n be in safe hands.

they werent just terrorist, it was pak army + terrorist, when the culprit are too many to blame, then collectively one nation is blamed. its like team pak goes out to play cricket, doesnt mean the whole pak went to play cricket, same way kargil war happened due to pak army but u can't blame every citizen/member here. when army is involved in war, u tag them as whole.
