Kargil war happened in 1999, Pakistani Terrorist they were, after that did India decalred Pakistan it's enemy or terrorist country?

After thar ppl from pakistan have come to india, worked in india, many go from here to there.

Pakistani sponsored terrorism & PAKISTAN where it's citizen lives is 2 different thing. She didn't defend any Pakistani Terrorist, she just said don't call every Pakistani a Terrorist.

Coz if every Pakistani is Terrorist, so is a lot members here who are pakistani, ban them, ban everything from pakistan, stop everything.

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday wished his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif on his 66th birthday, even though India and Pakistan have been witnessing a severe chill in their relations because of repeated terror attacks in Jammu and Kashmir emanating from Pakistan.
