flop affects everyone involved in some way or the other .i believe vb will not get a chance to direct a big budget project again.
The rest 3 stars will get work but perhaps a big budget solo film will be a rarity from now on.
shahid should focus on the likes of haider and up that has kept him relevant and have also not been much of a hole in pocket of producers.
kangana is a fine actress and few more content oriented roles will give her a boost again.
saif should focus now on supporting or age appropriate roles. He is not in the rat race anymore and should focus on getting acclaimed work.

1. Zero Buzz, even the trailers seemed to come in late

2. no promotion, even an aamir khan growled on every show as part of promo for danal

3. no hit music track

4. seemed like a niche movie..it was not going to appeal to the C/B centers. Sadly the urban metros also abandoned

4. attitude of the stars...

I think KR, SK and SAK..all assumed that their presence along with VB tag will guarantee bums in

the seat. Sadly wrong.

As much as I love Kangana, her over aggressive attitude of late and frankly now boring tale (the interviewer are also to blame for asking same questions..about her) has really made her a bit of a pariah in BW and has no goodwill whatsoever, Am not asking her to stoop and bow, just keep a dignified silence, unless it really matters (like the Hritik episode).

Shahid and Saif, again have huge attitudes and frankly don't care about their own longevity, as

long as they get decent movies, now and then. Both cannot carry a movie on their own itself as proven by their BO history

I think the worst impact will be on Kangana. If she was rumoured to have been paid 10Cr

for this, she cannot be banking on her past to command central roles/price in the future. Which

is sad, because she is the truly exciting heroine around. Post simran, she will perhaps work

in smaller movies and if she has some luck, another Queen/TWM type fluke hit, can happen?

Her detractors will be most pleased now and frankly, this sort of dismal showing must hit her

very hard, because she really had a marquee role in this movie!
